Welcome to the Career Self-Management Assessment
Building a meaningful and sustainable career doesn't happen by accident—it requires intentional design and the right competencies.
As a core part of the Whole-Life Career Design framework and course, this questionnaire is designed to help you take stock of your current career self-management competencies. By understanding exactly where you stand today, you can better identify your strengths and pinpoint which areas might need special focus as you actively shape your professional future.
This brief questionnaire will evaluate your competencies across the four key dimensions of career design:
Setting Career Goals: Your ability to clearly identify your interests and establish realistic, attainable objectives for your professional future.
Identifying Resources & Obstacles: How well you recognize your personal strengths and external support systems, while also anticipating potential barriers.
Taking Concrete Action: Your capacity to create practical plans, build valuable networks, and actively execute steps to advance your career.
Reviewing & Adjusting: Your flexibility in monitoring your progress, evaluating feedback, and adapting your plans when things change.
The questionnaire consists of 19 statements and takes just a few minutes. Please read each statement carefully and answer based on your actual experiences and behaviors. Once you submit your answers, you will receive immediate, personalized feedback and a visual breakdown of your results to help guide your next steps.
